Refund policy

Dawerlee Shop wants every order to land well. If it does not, this policy explains exactly how returns, refunds, and exchanges work — in line with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and its amendments.
Your 14-day return window
You may return an eligible item within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The 14 days start the day the courier marks your order as delivered.
What qualifies for return
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, seals, manuals, cables, and free gifts are included.
- The item is not on the exclusions list below.
What cannot be returned
- Items that have been opened, used, installed, or had their factory seal broken (unless defective on arrival).
- Personal-care, intimate, or hygiene products once unsealed.
- Perishable goods, custom or personalised orders, and digital downloads after delivery.
- Gift cards and final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable at checkout.
Defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including the original delivery fee. Please keep the original packaging and photograph the issue where possible.
How to request a return
- Email info@dawerleeshop.com or WhatsApp +965 4103 3414 with your order number and reason.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup anywhere in Kuwait, usually within 1–2 business days.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
How you will be refunded
- KNET / card / Apple Pay: refunded to the original payment method. Bank posting can take an additional 3–7 business days.
- Cash on delivery: refunded to your preferred bank account (IBAN) or as Dawerlee Shop store credit — your choice.
Return shipping fees
Return pickup is free if the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit. For change-of-mind returns, a standard pickup fee of 2 KWD applies and is deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size, colour, or model? Request an exchange the same way as a return. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.
