Dawerlee Shop ships within the State of Kuwait only. Here is exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.

Delivery times

  • Order cutoff: orders placed before 4pm (AST), Sunday to Thursday, are processed the same day. Orders after the cutoff or on Friday / Saturday are processed the next business day.
  • Processing: 1 business day to pick, pack, and hand to the courier.
  • In-transit: typically 1–3 business days to any governorate in Kuwait.

Most customers receive their order within 1–3 days total from the time of purchase.

Shipping fees

  • FREE delivery on orders of 20 KWD or more, anywhere in Kuwait.
  • Standard delivery: flat 1.5 KWD on orders under 20 KWD.
  • Express / same-day: available in select areas for an added fee, shown at checkout when eligible.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account at any time to see live updates. If you do not see a shipping email within 1 business day of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us.

Delivery partners

We work with established Kuwait couriers including Posta Plus, Armada, and Fetchr. Our team assigns the best partner for each order based on address and parcel size.

Receiving your order

  • Please provide an accurate phone number so the courier can reach you if needed.
  • Someone over the age of 18 must be available to receive the parcel — or you can ask for it to be left with a trusted neighbour, building reception, or a specific spot.
  • If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel is returned to our warehouse. We will reach out to reschedule.

Lost, damaged, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dawerleeshop.com or WhatsApp +965 4103 3414, with photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including delivery fees — see our Return Policy for details.

International shipping

We currently deliver within Kuwait only. GCC-wide shipping is on our roadmap — follow @dawerlee_shop for updates.
