These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dawerleeshop.com (the "Site") and any orders you place with Dawerlee Shop. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

Dawerlee Shop is a consumer e-commerce brand operating from the State of Kuwait under the Dawerlee family of brands (which also includes dawerlee.com and Dawerlee Garage). Contact: info@dawerleeshop.com · +965 4103 3414.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By completing checkout you confirm the information you provide is accurate and you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

3. Products and pricing

• All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We work hard to keep product photos, specifications, and stock levels accurate — but occasional errors happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders that result from clear mistakes, with a full refund.
• Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the real product.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Acceptance happens when we send you a shipping confirmation email, not at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or products being unexpectedly out of stock. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery (on orders under a limit shown at checkout). Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, Tap Payments, and KNET — all PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card number.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — logos, product photography, text, code, and design — is owned by Dawerlee Shop or our licensors (including the respective brands we carry) and is protected by Kuwait and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, republish, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Kuwait law.
• Attempt to breach our security, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service.
• Scrape, copy, or resell our content or product data.
• Submit false information, fraudulent orders, or impersonate another person.

9. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at info@dawerleeshop.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

10. Warranties & disclaimers

We stand behind the authenticity and quality of every product we ship. Products may also carry a manufacturer warranty — details are noted on the product page where applicable. To the fullest extent permitted by Kuwait law, the Site is provided "as is" and we make no other warranty, express or implied, regarding the Site itself beyond what is set out here and in applicable consumer protection law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kuwait law, Dawerlee Shop's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under Kuwait consumer protection law.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business or the law. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your place of residence.
